Mumbai [India], October 10: Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar: The Revenge is drawing international attention as its soundtrack has been submitted for consideration in multiple categories at the upcoming Grammy Awards. Composed by Shashwat Sachdev, the film’s music campaign marks a significant step in bringing Indian film music into the global awards conversation.

The soundtrack has been submitted under Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media, while several individual songs from the film are also being considered across different music categories. The campaign is being promoted by T-Series and B62 Studios.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge Songs Submitted for Grammy Consideration

The film’s music campaign includes several tracks across a range of categories. Phir Se has been submitted for Best Song Written for Visual Media, while Jaan Se Guzarte Hai and Kanhaiyya have been put forward for Best Global Music Performance.

Other entries include Aari Aari for Best Asian Pop Music Performance, Jaiye Sajana for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Destiny – Mann Atkeya for Best Rap Performance, Vaari Jaavan for Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Hum Pyaar Karne Wale for Best Remixed Recording.

The submissions highlight the musical range of the film and the efforts to present its soundtrack to an international audience. Sachdev’s work brings together different musical styles, with the campaign featuring both the overall soundtrack and individual songs.

Grammy Consideration Is Not an Official Nomination

Although the submissions have generated excitement among fans, Grammy consideration does not mean that the film or its songs have received an official nomination. The entries must satisfy the Recording Academy’s eligibility requirements and proceed through its voting process before the final nominees are announced.

The 2027 Grammy Awards ceremony is scheduled for February 7, 2027. Whether any of the film’s entries progress to the official nomination list will become clear through the awards process.

For Indian cinema, the campaign offers an opportunity to showcase film music beyond domestic markets. While the final outcome remains uncertain, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has entered the international awards conversation through its soundtrack submissions.
