Hyderabad [India], October 31: Telugu star Venkatesh Daggubati’s latest film Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 attracted attention ahead of its theatrical release due to its opening-day advance booking figures. The film recorded considerably lower pre-sales than Venkatesh’s previous blockbuster Sankranthiki Vasthunam, with the difference reaching approximately 79.19%.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the Telugu family entertainer was released in theatres on October 30, 2026. The film marks the first collaboration between Venkatesh and Trivikram, making it an important release for fans of both the actor and the filmmaker.

Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 Advance Booking Collection

The film recorded approximately ₹2.58 crore in opening-day advance booking gross collections in India, excluding blocked seats. Around 1.27 lakh tickets were booked before the first shows began, across 2,395 scheduled shows.

Including blocked seats, the advance booking gross stood at approximately ₹3.56 crore. The figures indicated a relatively modest pre-release response compared with the expectations surrounding Venkatesh’s return to theatres.

79% Lower Than Sankranthiki Vasthunam

The comparison with Sankranthiki Vasthunam highlights the difference in pre-release demand. Venkatesh’s earlier blockbuster had collected approximately ₹12.4 crore through opening-day advance bookings in India.

Against that figure, Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 recorded around 79.19% lower advance booking collections. However, the comparison also needs to consider the festive advantage enjoyed by Sankranthiki Vasthunam, which benefited from the Sankranti holiday period and strong audience anticipation.

Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 Day 1 Box Office Collection

Despite its comparatively modest advance booking performance, the film recorded a stronger opening after theatrical shows began. According to early trade estimates, it collected approximately ₹9.50 crore net in India on its first day, with the domestic gross reaching around ₹11.15 crore.

Its estimated worldwide opening-day gross stood at approximately ₹16.65 crore, including overseas collections. These figures suggest that walk-in audiences contributed significantly beyond the initial advance sales.

Venkatesh and Trivikram’s First Collaboration

Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 features Venkatesh alongside Srinidhi Shetty, with Nara Rohith, Nivetha Pethuraj, Vennela Kishore, Satya Akkala, Rao Ramesh and Brahmaji in important roles.

The film follows a family whose apparently peaceful life is disrupted by hidden secrets and unexpected developments. With a mix of family drama, comedy and entertainment, the film aims to connect with a broad Telugu-speaking audience.

Can the Film Maintain Its Box Office Momentum?

The opening-day performance gives Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 a respectable start despite the gap in advance bookings compared with Venkatesh’s previous blockbuster.

Its performance over the first weekend will be important in determining whether positive audience response and word of mouth can help sustain its theatrical run. The coming days will provide a clearer picture of the film’s box office prospects.
